In 2018 she graduated from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade with a degree in Finance, Master of Economic Sciences

Zeinesheva Zulfiya began her career in 1996 at the Tax Committee for Pavlodar Region, Large Taxpayer Department Since 2001, she worked at Aluminum of Kazakhstan JSC in the economic service.

From 2009 to 2022, she worked in various positions at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, starting from the chief manager of the Project Analysis and Monitoring Department to the Managing Director in the direction of the risk management system and the internal control system.

On October 4, 2022, by the decision of the Board of Directors of Industrial Development Fund JSC, she was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Industrial Development Fund JSC.

Organizes, coordinates and controls the following areas of activity:
1) risk management system, comprehensive examination of leasing transactions, loan transactions, in terms of risk assessment;
2) a comprehensive examination of leasing transactions, loan transactions, in terms of risk assessment, determining the calculation of the adequacy of security and monitoring the cost of leased items and pledged items;
3) ensuring internal control over the completeness of the implementation of the procedures necessary for the proper formation of documents that make up the dossier of leasing transactions, loan transactions, ensuring the safety of the dossier of leasing transactions, loan transactions and documents in accordance with the requirements of the internal acts of the Company.
